Account Deletion

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Comr and open Settings.
2. Open Account actions and choose Delete account.
3. Enter your username and current password, then confirm.

The request revokes active sessions, removes profile media, replaces account credentials and public username, and removes published posts from normal service views. The action cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email comrsupport@provarion.ai with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will ask for enough information to verify control of the account without requesting your password.

Current retention limits

Some comments, direct and Com messages, reports, moderation evidence, transaction records, security logs, and backups may remain after the in-product deletion step. They may retain a reference to the de-identified account record. This is necessary in some cases for conversation integrity, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery.

To request review of retained content or personal data, email support. We will remove or irreversibly de-identify eligible information and explain any information that must be retained. Public blockchain transactions are outside Comr’s control and cannot be erased by us.

Paid access

Deleting a Comr account does not itself reverse a completed public blockchain transaction or cancel a subscription managed by another provider. Contact support before deletion if you need help identifying a separate cancellation or refund process.
