Contact support
Email comrsupport@provarion.ai. Include your Comr username, what you were trying to do, when it happened, and any request ID shown by the app. Never send your password. We target an initial reply within two business days.
Safety reports
Use the in-product Report action on a post, comment, profile, or Com page. You can block an account from the same report flow where that action is available. Direct messages and individual Com messages do not yet have a platform message-content report path; use blocking, leave the conversation, or contact a Com moderator. Do not email private message contents to support. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. See the Community Guidelines for rules and response targets.
Privacy and account deletion
Use Settings to edit your profile, review private posts, manage active sessions, or delete your account. If you cannot sign in, see the Account Deletion page or email support from an address you can use to complete identity verification.
Face harvesting and profile linkage
Report suspected automated collection of profile or post media, facial-search indexing, or attempts to connect a pseudonymous Comr account to an outside identity by emailing support. Include the Comr username or link, what you observed, when it happened, and any request ID available. Do not email identity documents, passwords, or additional face photos. An external search provider may require you to use its own current removal process directly.
Copyright and other legal notices
A copyright notice should identify the work, the material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature. Send notices and counter-notices to support with the subject “Copyright notice.” We may forward a notice to the affected user and preserve it as required by law.
Security reports
Send suspected security vulnerabilities privately to contact@provarion.ai. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
