Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when required. Access may be limited to invited or approved accounts during staged releases.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Comr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for copies others shared, lawful retention, and backup expiry.

You must have the rights needed to post your content. Do not post content that violates applicable law or others’ rights. The Community Guidelines are part of these terms.

Messaging protections

Com chats are access-controlled but server-readable and are not end-to-end encrypted. The product identifies this boundary on the Com channel screen. New browser one-to-one text and supported media explicitly labeled as encrypted use end-to-end encryption between enrolled devices. Legacy history, Com chats, metadata, unsupported file types, and any surface not explicitly labeled as E2EE are outside that claim.

Safety and enforcement

Platform content moderation is limited to public posts and comments that depict or promote illegal activity. We do not use shadow bans or hidden reach penalties. Direct messages are block-only, and Com conversations are governed locally by their owner and moderators without entering a global platform moderation queue. We may still secure the service, enforce access and rate limits, honor valid legal process and intellectual-property obligations, and preserve records when legally required. Visible platform actions can be reviewed through the appeal process.

Automated access and prohibited analysis

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk collect, index, download, or monitor Comr accounts, profiles, social graphs, communications, or user media except through a feature we expressly provide or with our prior written authorization. Ordinary indexing of the public legal and support pages identified for search engines is not prohibited.

You may not use Comr data to create or extract faceprints, biometric identifiers, surveillance datasets, or training datasets; identify or re-identify a pseudonymous member; link a member to an external profile; conduct a background check or make an eligibility decision; or evade access controls, rate limits, bot challenges, or account restrictions. These restrictions apply whether access is anonymous, authenticated, manual, or automated.

Service changes and disclaimers

We may change or discontinue features and may restrict access to maintain safety or reliability. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is accurate. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Ending use and contact

You may stop using Comr at any time and may delete your account from Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Questions, copyright notices, and disputes can be sent to comrsupport@provarion.ai.
